Guest Speaker / Panellist at Career Guidance Seminars organized at Mumbai, Thane, Pune & Nanded, where he shared his career journey with 850 students & parents (12 years).
Narrated a chapter on his career journey in a book ‘Our Career Diaries’, published by the Continental Publications, Pune.
Compiled a career guidance book ‘Careers for You & Me’ at Sathaye College, Mumbai.
Conducted Mentoring sessions for students at Green Lawns English High School in Aarey Colony, Mumbai, in association with NGO Mentor Me India.

I know Avadhoot from the days when I compiled a book covering different careers. He wrote an excellent piece explaining how he went on to become a Flight Dispatcher. Most importantly, he explained not only the positive sides but also the negative sides of his profession like a seasoned career counsellor. Later, I invited him to my school to talk to a bunch of 9th and 10th graders to talk about his profession and various adjacent professions. He took keen interest in answering their questions at length. I think Avadhoot has a knack in connecting with children of various ages. This, along with his professional training in Career Counselling and his emphasis on hands-on learning, will make him an exceptional advisor. I wish him the very best of luck.

Although I was certain in my career selection towards arts, humanities and art forms; I was confused with stream and career options in future. The career mentor and stream selector modules have helped me build a fair understanding of various options and the areas to focus on.
